Being constant

                  Constancy and regularity are the basis for mental and physical well being .
                                Where all things changes around,
                                                           challenging the words and deeds of one, exhausting one's resources.
                                The center that holds all things together. 
 The stage for oneself, is to be ready and vigilant.
 The tighter it is , the more discipline one has when faced with obstacles.
                                 The body and mind needs to be welded as one and operating within in a synchronised manner!
